Project Management

Project management covers all sectors related to different kind of projects:

• Gathering and coordinating of initial information
• Common startup-meeting with customer
• Site-visit, object to clarify and confirm existing plans, changes needed, ability to execute as is, possible challenges and additional information needed
• Practical execution of project, confirming methods of delivery, where all executed work will be checked and confirmed
• We are responsible of waste management and recycling as agreed.
• We will also report, as agreed, to the customer actions done
• Typically, we have the main responsibility to be in charge in worksite and we are also responsible for monitoring work sites in general and to confirm any activities to be made by Order Responsibility Law
